In this tutorial, I learned about using a gradient to make the bubbles look like they really are bubbles and have light reflecting off of them. I also learned how to put a stroke around things so that the edge is more visible. I also learned how you can change settings in your gradient so that they are more or less "smooth" in the color transitions.
i like the background with the white streaks it seems to keep its self together
ReplyDeletei like this a lot. it's awesome. the sandwich diver is an amazing idea. the colors are cool, and it brings out the sammich. =D
ReplyDeleteI really like the the wave shape in the bottom half and how you scaled the colors in it to go to black and green. I also like the sandwich. I also realized the background of swirls of dark blue and white.
ReplyDeletelooks pretty interesting the sandwich is making me hungry
ReplyDeletei love how different and abstract your background is its super cool with the colors and textures and shapes and stuff
ReplyDeleteHAHA i like the sandwich. But why does it have wings.
ReplyDeleteI really like how complex the whole background is and the sandwich is awesome it looks like its glowing.
ReplyDeletei love it! the sandwich just adds to the randomness of this assignment! the colors are amazing and i like how the wave is tilted.
ReplyDeletethey one thing that i would have done differently is that theres a lot on the page and its hard to see what the main focus of the poster really is
the flying sandwich is funny and adds flair to you poster making it unique :). Your background is fun and interesting and different i like it, i like how the colors you used in the background it makes it stand out .
ReplyDeletei also like how my unicorn, Rooperdt, is trying to eat your sandwich, and the sandwich is running away from Rooperdt. =)
ReplyDeleteYour highlights and background colors are soothing and blend well together. However, your poster is kinda busy, so I would probably re-size things in order to create a less busy feel. The gradient on your waves is very interesting, and creates a sort of psychedelic tone, which is very cool, but also contrasts a bit too much with the feel of the background.
